How To Make a Gibson G&T




How To Make:

  • 60ml Gibson Gin
  • Loads of ice
  • Capi dry tonic
  1. Pour gin and ice in a tumbler
  2. Top with Capi dry tonic
  3. Garnish with a large pickled onion, rosemary and dehydrated lemon

The pickle flavour is subtle in this Gin, with very moorish savoury notes from the Dill and thyme. Refreshing and delicious! Even the non-pickled onion fans in this household are loving it.
