How To Make A Heaps Pickled Sour



How To Make:


🍏 6 slices of pickled apple
🍏 60ml Heaps Good Gin
🍏 30ml fresh lemon juice
🍏 20ml sugar syrup (We used homemade thyme infused)
🍏 1 lemon myrtle leaf, torn roughly to release flavours (or a small pinch of dried)
🍏 4 drops of Wonderfoam (or egg white equivalent)
🍏 Ice

  1. In a shaker, muddle 6 slices of pickled apple with a bar spoon of the pickle juice
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Shake until cold and foamy
  4. Strain into your fave cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with some more of that pickled apple and a lemon myrtle leaf.

That zingy pickle flavour compliments everything in this cocktail perfectly. A stunning balance of citrus from the gin, sour from the pickle juice, and that gorgeous sweet lemon myrtle vibe shining on through.
