How To Make A Snowpea-Infused Garden Cocktail




How To Make:



🌿60ml snowpea-infused gin
🌿2 chopped snow peas
🌿2 pieces of cucumber
🌿15ml homemade ginger syrup for the mixer
🌿Juice of half a lemon
🌿Egg white/20ml aquafaba
🌿Scoop of ice

  1. Infuse a cup of gin (or any quantity you like!) with a handful of roughly chopped snow peas for an hour, and strain (store in fridge).
  2. For the cocktail, add to shaker and muddle snow pea infused gin, 2 chopped snow peas, and cucumber pieces
  3. Then add homemade ginger syrup, juice of half a lemon, egg white/aquafaba and ice.
  4. Shake and double strain (to get rid of the small ‘bits’) into your glass of choice, big ice cube, top with a light tonic such as Long-Rays Pacific Tonic and some cute snow pea tendrils and you’re set for some deliciousness for the next few mins… Until you need to make another one!
