  1. 30ml Juniper-Forward Gin (here are some options)
  2. 30ml coffee liqueur
  3. Double shot of espresso coffee (we prefer ours strong, it can be pared back to 1 shot)
  4. Heaped tsp of condensed milk
  5. Ice

How To Make:

  1. Shake what yo Mama gave you for as long as you can, for hefty foam. Boom! Your perky zingy cup awaits!

Extra tip, add a drizzle of condensed milk to your shaker, gives a beautiful balance and mouthfeel to your Espresso!

Condensed Espresso Martini

We’ve replaced vodka with Gin, and a lil tip we picked up is to add a spoonful of condensed milk – gives a great balance and mouthfeel!

  1. 30ml gin
  2. 30ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua, Mr Black are both delish)
  3. Double shot of coffee
  4. Dash of vanilla extract/paste
  5. 1 heaped tsp of condensed milk

How To Make:

  1. Add lots of ice and shake wildly for 1 min (gives the lovely creamy form) and strain into your favourite glass and you’re done!

JAFFAspresso Martini
