Chilli Mandarin Gin

The base gin is our Gold Medal winning Victor Harbor Gin, which is a Mediterranean style gin. We’ve tweaked the botanical mix to create a light, refreshing gin and added mandarin for a citrus pop. We soak the chilli for a short time so that the chilli flavour is extracted, without too much heat. Delish!

Tropical Chilli Gin

The base of Heaps Good Gin is an Australian contemporary style gin. It’s a bright, fresh, citrus gin with a juniper punch. We’ve soaked it in habanero chilli to extract strong chilli note, and plenty of heat. Tropical vibes from pineapple and lime round out what we’re pretttty confident will fast become a fan fav.

Ginspresso

We made Ginspresso with easy home made espresso martinis in mind. Turns out, everyone just drinks it straight as it is or over ice – no martini making required! It’s the easiest coffee cocktail you’ll ever find – A glass, some ice and pour 😍 … It’s also gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly!
