Flavour Profile

Heaps Good Gin is an Australian contemporary style gin. It’s a bright, fresh, citrus gin with a juniper punch. The native SA saltbush provides a hint of savoury. We’ve added almonds to the blend. The almond taste does not come through, but they natural oils, combined with the oils from the citrus an juniper, provides a beautiful smooth mouth feel that has become the hallmark of Heaps Good Gin. Because of the smoothness, Heaps Good Gin is right at home neat on ice, but most people drink with soda or tonic, and a small slice of any citrus as the garnish.
