The Hills Gin

‘The Hills’ Gin is the second release in our ‘Spirit of SA Series’ – Where we feature the best of SA places and produce. ‘The Hills’ has been made with Mount Barker Strawberries and Pink Lady Apples from Lenswood to create a beautifully delicate Adelaide Hills Gin. It has the hallmark smooth mouthfeel of our South Australian gins and is a lighter style, with a hint of natural sweetness from the strawberry. This fruity mix is complemented by 4 other SA botanicals:

Heaps Good Cello

A South Australian take on popular Italian liqueur, Limoncello. The inclusion of locally grown Orange and Ruby Red Grapefruit has softened it and the result is a citrusy, sweet and syrupy liqueur that is completely more-ish.

Most people drink it over ice – lots of ice in the cup, couple shots of Heaps Good Cello liqueur and you’re done – simple! Otherwise, you can lengthen it with tonic, soda, or lemon line & bitters. Pop it in your bubbles, use it in a spritz or drizzle over your ice cream!
