A South Australian take on popular Italian liqueur, Limoncello. The inclusion of locally grown Orange and Ruby Red Grapefruit has softened it and the result is a citrusy, sweet and syrupy liqueur that is completely more-ish.

The Hills Gin

‘The Hills’ Gin is the second release in our ‘Spirit of SA Series’ – Where we feature the best of SA places and produce. ‘The Hills’ has been made with Mount Barker Strawberries and Pink Lady Apples from Lenswood to create a beautifully delicate Adelaide Hills Gin. It has the hallmark smooth mouthfeel of our South Australian gins and is a lighter style, with a hint of natural sweetness from the strawberry.

Native Pink Gin

Judged the best pink gin at the Royal Australian Spirit Awards 2023. It’s tasty, pretty and very native gin made with loads of South Aussie goodness 😍 … A little bit zesty, a little bit juniper-ey and loads of juicy fruit, we’ve dialled up the SA-vibe in this cute little number with 8 locally grown, locally sourced botanicals including native juniper, pink grapefruit and quandong.

Sour Margs

The best way to describe Sour Margs is that it’s like a pine lime splice, in a bottle! We’ve made it with simplicity in mind – if you enjoy a margarita, without the fuss, you can just drink it straight over ice. Or add a splash of tequila and shake over ice for something a bit more boozey (we won’t judge!). It is also right at home mixed with tonic or soda.
