Flavour Profile
The best way to describe it is a pine lime splice. You also get a little sour kick at the back and it received rave reviews when we took it for tastings at Adelaide Gin Fest in June.
We’ve made it with simplicity in mind – if you enjoy a margarita, without the fuss, you can just drink it straight over ice. Or add a splash of tequila and shake over ice for something a bit more boozey (we won’t judge!). It is also right at home mixed with tonic or soda. Best of all, Sour Margs is gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly!

INGREDIENTS
👉 Couple shots Sour Margs
👉 1 shot tequila (or gin)
👉 Ice
METHOD
1. Add Sour Margs, tequila/gin and ice all into shaker
2. Shake and strain into glass for an easy DIY margarita

👉 60ml Sour Margs
👉 30ml Native Pink Gin (or tequila)
👉 5-6 fresh strawberries
👉 Ice
METHOD
1. Rim the glass with desecrated coconut
2. Muddle strawberries in shaker
3. Pour in Sour Margs and Gin. Then top with ice
4. Shake and strain into glass

👉 45ml Tropical Chilli Gin (or tequila)
👉 100mL coconut cream
👉 Ice
