'The Hills' Gin is the second release in our ‘Spirit of SA Series’ - Where we feature the best of SA Places and Produce. 'The Hills' has been made with Mount Barker Strawberries and Pink Lady Apples from Lenswood to create a beautifully delicate Adelaide Hills Gin. It has the hallmark smooth mouthfeel of our South Australian gins and is a lighter style, with a hint of natural sweetness from the strawberry.
