WHEN THE SMOKE CLEARS

How To Make:

Ingredients:
  • 45ml Mezcal
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 10ml ginger syrup
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 30ml fresh pineapple juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
Steps:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into your favourite pineapple glass.

Because we are a bit parched today, we added plenty of ice and soda water for a long drink. Garnish with pineapple leaves and as many cute flowers from your garden as you can find!

This is smokey, bitter-sweet and utterly delicious!
